I just ran 3 miles with my mom. She said if I could run under a 9 minute pace with out stopping that I could join the Chumps running group some times. Well, I ran a 8 minute, 58 second pace with a BIG hill. I'm kind of disappointed in myself. I was hoping a 8 minute, 30 second pace. Maybe even a 8 minute pace. But I think I could of did better with out the BIG hill, maybe. But I didn't stop and ran 3 miles straight under a 9 minute pace.

Smooth is NOT demoted!!!! She is the most loved chump of them all!!! AND ... one of the strongest runners I know. :)

I just wanted to see what P-dawg could do!!! If I would have said 3 miles without stopping at an 8:30 pace I have no doubt that he could have done that as well! He ROCKS!!! (But you already knew that.)
