I ran 4.5miles today. I went to the Oval with my mom and John Vuyk. I ran about an 8:30 pace. I couldn't run the full 9 miles with mom and John, but I biked the other 5 miles on a bike. I'm so lucky to have a wicked fast mom who loves to run. Oh, and just to let you know, I've ran 1 mile almost every day for the past 3 months, I just didn't blog it.

I just ran 3 miles with my mom. She said if I could run under a 9 minute pace with out stopping that I could join the Chumps running group some times. Well, I ran a 8 minute, 58 second pace with a BIG hill. I'm kind of disappointed in myself. I was hoping a 8 minute, 30 second pace. Maybe even a 8 minute pace. But I think I could of did better with out the BIG hill, maybe. But I didn't stop and ran 3 miles straight under a 9 minute pace.

I just wanted to see what P-dawg could do!!! If I would have said 3 miles without stopping at an 8:30 pace I have no doubt that he could have done that as well! He ROCKS!!! (But you already knew that.)

I ran 2.15 miles with my mom. We did a slow pace, 9 minutes and 30 seconds, since I am still a little sore from my last run. But, I am getting ready for the Chumps. Hope I will be just as fast as them. So be ready Chumps, I'm coming for ya'.

I ran 1.5 miles in 12:55 which means a 8 minute 38 second pace. I wanted to run hard to make up from yesteday because I didn't run. I was hoping a 7:30 or 8:00 pace, but I haven't done that since the beggining of May in the annual 5th grade mile run race. But, I still did pretty well. I'm still happy with it. I'll just have to work harder. I'm just getting faster and faster for the Chumps. And don't worry, Chumps. I'll be ready

Today has been a long day. It has felt like, forever. I didn't know what to do, so I ran. And I was just wearing some jeans and a short sleave, black, button shirt. I thought I wouldn't do well. But, I didn't do well, I did AWESOME. I ran it in 8 minutes and 23 seconds. I feel tired, but great.

I ran today with my mom. It's been a while since I ran. It's been about 2 weeks. I just didn't feel like running then. But, for not running for a while, I think I did good. 8 minutes and 5 seconds and it was 73 degrees outside, but it felt like 90. The new chump is back in store.
