I ran 4.5miles today. I went to the Oval with my mom and John Vuyk. I ran about an 8:30 pace. I couldn't run the full 9 miles with mom and John, but I biked the other 5 miles on a bike. I'm so lucky to have a wicked fast mom who loves to run. Oh, and just to let you know, I've ran 1 mile almost every day for the past 3 months, I just didn't blog it. |
