I ran 1.5 miles in 12:55 which means a 8 minute 38 second pace. I wanted to run hard to make up from yesteday because I didn't run. I was hoping a 7:30 or 8:00 pace, but I haven't done that since the beggining of May in the annual 5th grade mile run race. But, I still did pretty well. I'm still happy with it. I'll just have to work harder. I'm just getting faster and faster for the Chumps. And don't worry, Chumps. I'll be ready |
